What Is a Family Account?

A Family Account lets you link multiple FILIPAY cards under a single parent account. You can monitor balances, load credits, review travel history, and set spending limits for each family member.

Setting Up a Family Account

1. Create or log into your primary FILIPAY account via the mobile app or filipay.online
2. Navigate to Family Accounts in the app settings
3. Add family members by registering their FILIPAY cards
4. Set optional spending limits and loading schedules

Spending Controls

Parents can configure:

• Daily spending caps — limit how much each card can spend per day
• Loading alerts — get notified when a family member's balance drops below a threshold
• Trip history access — review where and when family members traveled
